Hanging with Jennifer Lawrence and Getting a New Job!
I would first like to let it be known that I am writing this post while listening to Christmas music. Yes, I know it is still November. No, I don't care. I have had snowflake fairy lights up in my room since before Halloween. Okay, now that that's out of the way... We're less than a week from Thanksgiving! It's been a little strange planning Thanksgiving in London. On the one hand, it really isn't that hard to find normal Thanksgiving meal fare here in England (I've even found an abundance of cranberries which I almost started crying about when I first found them at Waitrose. I don't think I am helping to end the "crazy/stupid/weird American" stereotypes over here...) but it is just different. This is the first Thanksgiving I'll be spending away from my family, but on the other hand, I've stumbled upon another family (namely a bunch of other crazy/weird Americans attending the same Uni as me) which I am so grateful to have.
